Was founded in 1981 and employs over 250 people. It engages in wholesale trade where it imports various products (food, beverages, sugars, tobacco, ice cream, pet food, toys, cleaning products, etc.) distributed by Pan Cypriot with one of the largest distribution networks in Cyprus. It is also engaged in Retail trade where it has its own 46 Mini Mall Stores and PORTIOLI COFFEE HOUSE.

Establishment of a trading company as an exclusive trader.
Incorporation on 26/1/88 by the owner Mr. Kostakis Konstantinou
On 15/10/89 he gets the 1st official representative office (Balocco Italy) Official Cadbury representative in Paphos and Limassol
Adams Company Representative (Halls, Trident products)
First warehouses and offices (owned)
In 2010 the company gives the name MMS (Mini Mall Store) to their stores.
On 04/12/15 the company was appointed by R&R Ice Creams of Belgium as a distributor of famous ice creams such as Cadbury, Oreo, Del Monte, Kelly's etc.
The company has been appointed as the exclusive agent of Isjboerke Ice Cream from Belgium to distribute the famous Leonidas ice creams
